He is survived by: his children, Mary Seeley (Hyer) of Catskill and Jamie Mitchell (Hyer) of Catskill; his siblings, Daniel Hyer (Christine) of Saratoga Springs, Sally Schneider (late William Schneider) of Purling, Mark Hyer, Joan Norman, Robert Hyer, William Hyer, Patricia O'Connor (late John O'Connor), Michael Hyer and Richard Hyer (Patricia Concra); his grandchildren, Brittney Hyer Vital (Joshua), Jason Loud (Salina), Christine Gorman (Kevin) and Isabella Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Kenleigh, Kalli, Kaia Gorman, Atlas and Zander Vital. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice.
