He is survived by: his son Shawn Higgins (Kasey); his grandchildren, Megan Ramos and Michael Ramos; his siblings, Anita Milone, Delbert Higgins (Patty) and Steven (Hillary); his nephews, Delbert Higgins (April) and Steven Higgins (Dayna); his niece Pasqualena Mayer (Don); and his sweetie Gianna Milone.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Richards Funeral Home (29 Bross St, Cairo, NY 12413). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
