She is survived by: her children, Anthony Nagel (Amy) of Cattaraugus, Thomas Nagel (Jennifer) of Paradise Valley, AZ and Tonia Phillips (Joseph) of Otto; her siblings, Malynda Henderson, Michael Pavlock and Kevin Pavlock; and her grandchildren, Gavin Butcher, Saydee Phillips, Ashley Nagel and Evelyn Nagel.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
