She is survived by: her husband Richard Evans; her siblings, Mary Salisbury, John Salisbury (Bonnie) of Otto, NY and Dennis Salisbury (Jinx) of Valley, CA.; and her stepchildren, Rebecca Evans, Jennifer Youngblood and Jeffery Evans. She is also survived by grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
