She was predeceased by: her parents, John Evans and Frieda Streiff Evans; and her siblings, Elaine Potter and John Evans. She is survived by: her husband Paul H. Ellsworth; her son Walter Kopley (Joelle) of Tully; her stepson Jonathan Ellsworth of Cortland; her siblings, Phyllis Brame of Georgetown and William Terry of Gilboa; and her pets, Diesel and Dozer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Rhonda's memory may be directed to the charity of one's choice.
