He was predeceased by: his former wife Kim Dann; his parents, Melvin Dann and Thelma Dann; his brother David Dann; his sister-in-law Debbie; and his sister Tina Blake.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Chamberlain; his siblings, Kevin Dann (Marie) and April Dann; his children, Rick Dann (Rebecca), Kurt Dann (Lachea), Chad Dann (Neely), Abby Waters (Joe), Julie Palmer (John), Kimberly Hamm (David), Jenny Chamberlain, Bill Chamberlain (Jessica) and Steven Chamberlain (Ashley); his grandchildren, Kameron, Kurt, Christopher, Anne-Marie, Kincaid, Rowan, Brayden, Rory, Taylor (Tommy), Zac (Sam), Chloe, Addison, Sage, Teegan, Corey, Maison, Penelope, Remington, Mae and Logan; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Paisley, Bella, William and Kurt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
