He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sons, Timothy Westlake (Mary), William Westlake (Carrie) and Matthew Westlake (Whitney); his grandchildren, Kylie Westlake (Tristan Andrews), Timothy Westlake (Olivia), Devin Westlake, Katrina, William Meyer, Jessica, Brandon Westlake, Benjamin, Mara Furst, Jackson and Broden Hazlak; his stepdaughters, Karen Furst (Adam) and Amanda Hazlak (Joshua Sincebaugh); his sister Leanna Eutermark; and his brother-in-law Ralph Bailey.
