He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Mitstifer; his son Ralph Dean Mitstifer Jr.; his grandchildren, Alexyss Mitstifer, Daryke Mitstifer and Dyllan Mitstifer; his daughter Tonya Mitstifer; his grandsons, Gregory Passmore and Anthony Passmore; his stepchildren, Jason Williams and Cheryl Williams Barton; his stepgranddaughters, Sarah Marie Barton and Zoe Barton; and his siblings, Walter F. (Patricia Mitstifer Jr.), Marlene (Gary Little), Debbie Mitstifer (George), Clayton (Betty Mitstifer), Clara Merrick (Paul) and Mary (Bryan Benjamin). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
