He was predeceased by: his brother Shawn Hayes. He is survived by: his parents, Daniel R. Hayes, and Roxanne Hayes, Sr. (Burk); his children, Mercedes Parry (Blake), Devon Jones and Carson Soriano; his sister Amy Hayes; his grandfather Ward Burk; his grandson Braxton; and his caregivers, Shelby, Nicole and Janet. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fish Creek Landing Cemetery.
