He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Ryan and Marion Ryan (Barker); his former wife Janice Katherine Petersen; his brother William Ryan; his granddaughter Ashley Ryan; and his great grandchild River Bateman.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ryan; his children, Timothy Ryan (Terri) of Tafton, PA, Kathleen Ryan of Brewerton, NY, Howard Ryan (Beth) of Cazenovia, NY, Raymond Ryan (Colleen) of Clay, NY and Pamela Ryan of Syracuse, NY; his siblings, Richard Ryan (Gail) and Janet Burghard of The Villages; his grandchildren, Robert Bateman, Edward Bateman, Jason Bateman (Elizabeth), Sean Ryan (Jamie), Samantha Verzi (Mathew), Lindsey Ryan, Timothy Ryan, Amy Florez (Robert), Tracy Westerlünd (Kyle), Alexandra Axenfeld (Ryan), Ellan Ryan-Draper (Aaron) and Sarah K. D. Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Ava Bateman, Ella Leach, Isla Ryan, Andie Ryan, Mac Ryan, Vela Verzi, Caiden Axenfeld, Brayden Bateman, Eliana Bateman, Evan Florez and Miles Florez.
