He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Emerson; his nephews, Shain C. Emerson (Ashley) of Nelson and Jeffrey Emerson (Emily) of Whitesboro; his great-nephews, Adam and Harvey Emerson; his great-niece Harper Emerson; his sister-in-law Debi Phinney (Dan) of Erieville; and his uncle Dave Smith of Syracuse. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.
