The family announces the passing of Anthony Sarno of Celoron, New York on September 30, 2026. Anthony, born on January 16, 1941, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sarno and Ann Sarno; and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Wilson, Matthew Henry (Josie), George Sarno (Michele) and Vincent Sarno (Carole); his grandchildren, Mariah Qamar (AD), Brandon Henry (Samantha), Destiny Sarno, Jonathan Borbas, Thomas Holmes and Meghan Holmes; his great great grandchild Peyton Pacitti; his sister Georgiann Rizzuto (Fred); and his pet Spike. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nephews, nieces, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Riccardi's Hubert Funeral Home (111 S Main St, Jamestown, NY 14701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery W Oak.
