We bid farewell to Daniel D. Track of Centereach, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 14, 2025 at the age of 79. Daniel touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brothers, William Track, Michael Track and James Track; his siblings' children, Diane Neves, William Track, Jr., Kathleen Brodmerkel, Carol Sturialie and Colleen Track; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isabela, Sara, Madeline, Blake, Gavin, Anna and Meadow. He was also cherished by many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM at the Fives Smithtown Funeral Home (31 Landing Avenue, Smithtown, NY 11787). A prayer will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Virgin Mary RC Church (20 Chestnut St, Centereach, NY 11720).
