He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kleingardner and Veronica Kleingardner (Froehlich); his wife Linda; and his daughter Melanie. He is survived by: his children, Charles Kleingardner (Christine), Valerie Kleingardner (Ronald) and Randy Boyles (Erica); his grandchildren, Amanda, Derek, Jason, Melissa, Alicia, Jessica, Brian, Courtney, Muriel and Rachel; and his siblings, Peggy, Linda and Randy. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Central Square American Legion.
