She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Sullivan and Mary Sullivan. She is survived by: her husband John R. Phippen Sr.; her children, Maureen Phippen Ladd (Chip), John R. Phippen Jr. (Chris), Mary Jane Howley (Rick) and Monica Bardoun (David); and her grandchildren, Tyler, Josh, Lora, Hana, Ricky, Robby, Alyssa, Lance and Vince.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Divine Mercy Church, 592 South Main Street, Central Square, New York 13036.
