John A. Magee Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John A. Magee of Central Square, New York, who passed away on January 15, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, John is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that John's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Magee and Georgina Magee; his wife Marion; and his brother Geordie. He is survived by: his children, Robert Magee (Karen) and Cheryl Poel; his stepdaughters, Amy Verner and Sheri Sciortino; and his siblings, Sandy Mathewson (Carl) and Charles Magee (Mike Crain). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
