He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Phippen; and his parents-in-law, Maureen and James Harkness. He is survived by: his wife Christine Harkness; his daughters, Lora and Hana; his father John R. Phippen Sr.; his sisters, Maureen Phippen Ladd (Chip), Mary Jane Howley (Rick) and Monica Bardoun (David); his sisters-in-law, Cindy Vercillo (Mickey) of Clay and Sue Green of Cicero; his aunt Cindy Holt of Colorado; his uncle Ronnie Sullivan of Malone, NY.; and his siblings' children, Tyler, Josh, Ricky, Robby, Alyssa, Lance, Vince, Leighann, Phil, Nick, Anthony and Brianna.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Watson Funeral Home (631 S Main St, Central Square, NY 13036). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the American Legion (3301 Fulton Ave, Central Square, NY 13036).
