He is survived by: his son Michael Hall II (Hannah Longley); his wife Dona Bateman; his siblings, Mark Hall (Bonnie) and Christine Hall-Finney; his siblings-in-law, Terry Bateman, Mary Bateman and Bonnie Bateman Davis; his grandchildren, Corbin, Emerson and Jase; his nieces, Katie, Amy, Dawn, Heather and Lauren; and his nephew Brandon.
