It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Sheehan (Central Square, New York), who passed away on September 24, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bonnie" J. Weinheimer; his brother William Stover (Brother); his children, Kristin Sheehan-Vautrin (Dillon), Keith Sheehan (Mikell), Kelli Wehrung (Jeff) and Kit Sheehan (Lou); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Coon, Kenzi Coon (Rebecca), Tanner Vautrin, Quinn Vautrin, Bailey Sheehan, Caleb Sheehan, Andi Sheehan, Eli Wehrung and Athea Wehrung.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Traub Funeral Home, Inc. (684 N Main St, Central Square, NY 13036). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Divine Mercy Parish (592 S Main St, Central Square, NY 13036). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Southwick Beach State Park, Pavilion.
