He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter William Chamberlin and Mona Chamberlin (Hines); and his daughter Margaret. He is survived by: his wife Carol Chamberlin (Menke); his children, Robert Jr. (Susan), Carl (June) and Cynthia Cuny (Lynn); and his grandchildren, Christine Ridley (Delano), Mariah, Carrie, Elise Chamberlin, Lynn Jr., Nicholas Cuny and Courtney Balch (Nathan).

Contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Central Square.
