He is survived by: his wife Deborah Fortino; and his children, Jason Waack (Amanda), Robert Waack (Nikki), Sarah Young, Beth Kulesa (Ben), Karen Williams (Ryan) and April Fortino (DJ). He is also survived by two granddaughters and 10 grandsons; as well as his numerous extended family members and treasured friends.
