We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2026, at the age of 87, Thomas Miles of Central Square, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Thomas' spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Miles and Amber Sills Miles; and his daughter Pamela S. Miles. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Tanner (Ginny); his daughter Michelle Ross (Tim); his brother Paul D. Miles; and his grandchildren, Caeden and Teagan Ross. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Traub Funeral Home, Inc. (684 N Main St, Central Square, NY 13036). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Divine Mercy Parish (592 S Main St, North Syracuse, NY 13212). A burial will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at the Hillside Cemetery (723 N Main St, Central Square, NY 13036).
