With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Craig Patrick Handzel (Chadwicks, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As we bid adieu to Craig Patrick's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Craig Patrick has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his mother Maureen Handzel (Dowd). He is survived by: his children, Danielle, Samuel and Kaitlyn; his former wife Christie Handzel; his father Joe Handzel; his brother Eric Handzel; his sister-in-law Elaine; and his sibling's children, Ellie and Eden. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Clonan Post 1000 American Legion (3454 Oneida St, Chadwicks, NY 13319).
