He was predeceased by: his parents, George Young and Rose Kern Young. He is survived by: his wife Gail Wolanin-Young; his children, Dex Young, Mark Young (Lori), Kim Young, Melissa Young and Megan Young (Jesse); his grandchildren, Becky Reeves (Mike), Brittany McConnell (John), Troy Young (Bree), Stephanie, Lindsay Gallagher (Erik) and Nicholas Johns; his great grandchildren, Camerin, Mollie, Walker, Ryan, Avery, Sean, Alissia and Addie; and his caregivers, Kylie Mazurowski, Lily Stoltzfus and Mallory Henderson.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service (35 College St, Clinton, NY 13323). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
