He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Baker and Mary Baker (Gamel); his wife Sharon Baker (Wittmeyer); and his siblings, Mary Ellen Bartoszek and Richard Baker.

He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Kozlowski (Michael) of Java Center, Virginia Blom (late Eric) of Centerville, Patricia Gunner (Glenn) of Holland and Mary Lyons (John Scalfaro) of Java Center; his siblings, Walt Baker (late Charlotte) of Chaffee and Rosie Ferdorwicz (late Joe) of Gowanda; and his sister-in-law Margaret Baker of Chaffee. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
