He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Matott and Mary Matott; his wife June; and his siblings, Alvin Matott, Veronica LaValley, Atella Coulombe and Agatha Racette.
He is survived by: his children, Catherine Larson (Bruce), Robin Bechard (Hank Forette), Timothy Matott (Debra) and Christopher Matott (Donna). He is also survived by his family, which also includes 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in his honor to St. Mary's Church in Champlain.
