We announce the death of Hannah Antkowiak of Champlain, New York, who passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 87. Hannah will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Munro and Margaret Jean Archibald (Tweddle); and her siblings, Jean Marshall and Donald. She is survived by: her close friend Michael; her sons, Jason (MaryEllen) and Jarrod (Christa); her grandchildren, Elliot, Henry, Amelia and Munro; her niece Heather; and her nephews, David and Robert.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home Inc. (793 Gilbert Rd, Mooers, NY 12958). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Three Steeples United Methodist Church (491 US-11, Champlain, NY 12919). The inurnment was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Glenwood Cemetery.
Memorial donations in Hannah's name may be made to the Foundation at CVPH Medical Center, 75 Beekman St., Plattsburgh, NY.
