Merrill Freeman Obituary

We bid farewell to Merrill Freeman of Champlain, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 11, 2026 at the age of 86. Merrill touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Merrill leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She is survived by: her father-in-law James Burke; her brother David Coclough (Sandra); and her daughters, Deborah Freeman of Schenectady, Nancy Freeman of Champlain, Julie Bailey of Plattsburgh and Mary Freeman (Angel Sanchez) of Champlain. She is also survived by her grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
