She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyal Badger Sr. and Hilda Badger (Relation); and her brother Loyal "Bubba" Badger. She is survived by: her children, Mandy Jolicoeur (Michael) and Richard Morrison (Kelly); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Thomas (Jesse), Matthew Jolicoeur (Rachael), Richard Morrison and Alexis Morrison; her great grandchild Maya Jolicoeur; her sister-in-law Mary Badger; her nieces, Anna Palardy and Angie Robinson; and her nephew Andrew Badger.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (29 Broad St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.
