He was predeceased by: his mother Pasqualina Fava; and his brothers, Stephen, Diego and Dominic. He is survived by: his father Rocco Fava; his wife Francesca; his children, Patricia Elluzzi (Guy) of North Salem, Grace Fava of Chappaqua, Roxanne Kaplan (Dave Buonagurio) of Yorktown Heights, Rocco Fava (Bonnie) of Yorktown Heights and Melanie DeMartino (Jeffrey) of Thornwood; his in-laws, Michele, Maria Bueti, Attilio, Melina Bueti and Giuseppe; and his grandchild Sundays. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cassidy-Flynn Funeral Directors (288 E Main St, Mt Kisco, NY 10549). A Mass was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Saint John & Saint Mary (30 Poillon Dr, Chappaqua, NY 10514). A burial was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (10 W Stevens Ave, Hawthorne, NY 10532).
