He is survived by: his wife Penny Perham; his sons, Brandon Hill of Greenwich, NY, Dan, Angel Perham of Plattsburgh and Joseph Franze (Stacy Cavanaugh); and his grandchildren, Umar, Jaiden, Damian, Lilly, Graysen, Sophie, Scarlett, Alexis, Ophelia, Zander, Margo and Lila.

A burial will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Earlville Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chateaugay American Legion (80 W Main St, Chateaugay, NY 12920).
