He is survived by: his former wife Lois Otis (DeCoteau); his sons, Shelby (Kathy Otis) and Shane (Pamela Otis); his brothers, Donald (Donna Otis) and Harold Otis of Chateaugay; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Justin Dinatale, Aaron, Rachel Otis, James Otis and Courtney Otis; and his great grandchildren, Ashton, Leo and Averly.
