She is survived by: her children, Melissa Cook (Thomas) and Jamie Sampica (Natalie Campbell); her grandchildren, Christopher Cluff, Morgan Patterson (Dereck), Peyton Cook (Belle Gogolen), Taylor Sampica and Alexa Sampica; her great grandchildren, Oaklynn Patterson and Bennett Cook; and her sisters, Carol Harrigan, Brenda Blair (Patrick) and Anne Pashow (James). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
