He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Jarvis and Marcelline Jarvis (Gebo); his wife Bertha Guerin; his children, Dale and Beverly; his children-in-law, Bernie Gregory and Eloise Jarvis (Covey); and his siblings, Pauline Lucia, Bertha Favreau, Irene Perry, Rita Ladue, Mary Boyd, Homer and Francis.
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie (Louise Jarivs), Allen Jarvis of Churubusco, Debbie Gregory of Ellenburg Center, Brenda Guerin of Ellenburg and Cheryl Jarvis of Las Vegas, NV; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Dibble (Guerin), Pricilla Lagoy (Guerin) and Alice Warren (Guerin). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; twelve great great grandchildren; one great great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chateaugay Funeral Home (36 Church St, Chateaugay, NY 12920). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
