Richard T. Widelski Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Richard T. Widelski of Chateaugay, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Widelski and Mary Widelski (Polakiewicz); his wife Helen M. Smith of George's Church; his siblings, Florence Zachowicz and Stanley Widelski; and his nephews, John and Thomas Zachowicz.
He is survived by: his children, Mary A. (Rob Remchuk), Julia L. Widelski of Rochester, NH and Brian J.; his daughter-in-law Linda Widelski of Wynantskill, NY; and his grandchildren, Jari and Geo Widelski.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chateaugay Funeral Home (36 Church St, Chateaugay, NY 12920). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Patrick's Church (132 W Main St, Chateaugay, NY 12920).
Donations in Dick's memory may be made to Boys Town and the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center at CVPH Medical Center.
