He is survived by: his sons, David Ruggles (Fay) and Joseph (Kristen Ruggles); his grandchildren, Rachel, Steven, Kyle Ruggles, Amber Peabody (Robert), Ashley Scott, Audrey Scott, Olivia Goodness, Ricky, Rylen Ruggles Desirae, Madyx and Jazmyn Peabody; and his brother Gordon (Suzi Ruggles).
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the French (25 Railroad Ave, Chatham, NY 12037). A prayer was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
