With solemn reverence, we commemorate Guy A. Madsen (Chatham, New York), whose life came to an end on September 24, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Madsen and Helen Rivenburg. He is survived by: his wife Patty Madsen; his sons, Michael Madsen and Brian Madsen (Kelli); his aunt Grace Ann Silvernail; and his siblings, Christine Rundell (Dan), Dan (GZ), David (Sue), Lee (Darlene) and Dale (Sarah). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the James Church (25 Railroad Ave, Chatham, NY 12037). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. James Church (25 Railroad Ave, Chatham, NY 12037). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Saint James Cemetery.
