He was predeceased by : his parents, Philip Bower and Thelma Bower (Snyder); his brother-in-law Frank Bedell; and his close friend Jimmy Ressler. He is survived by : his girlfriend Debbie Wheeler; his children, Shane Bower (Miranda), Bryan Brazie (Kristin), Justin Bower (Tina) and Sara Wagner (Mike); his siblings, Larry Bower, Leo Bower and Vera Bedell; and his friends, Terry, Jane Boyles and Gigi. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchildren.
