He was predeceased by: his mother Angela Zerbo. He is survived by: his father Salvatore Zerbo; his son Salvatore Joseph; his wife Tina; his siblings, Catherine Villanueva, Mary Redler (Brian) and Joseph Zerbo; his brother-in-law Brian Redler; his siblings' children, Ilana Mele, Catherine Zerbo, Adam and Steven Redler; and also, Frank, Kristen, Aviana, Lily, Henry, Zachary and Gabriel. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Wenk Funeral Home (21 Payn Ave, Chatham, NY 12037). A prayer will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location. For a brief time prior to the pandemic, Sal got the chance to live out his dream of owning a restaurant as the owner and chef at The Pasta Bowl on Route 23 in Craryville.
