She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tobias and Harriet Tobias (Crandall); and her husband Robert F. Radley. She is survived by: her children, Robert Radley (Angela), Paul Radley (Carolyn), Michael Radley and Karen Bielinski (late Stefan); and her grandchildren, Tara Radley (Kyle Wicks), Ryan Radley (Caitlyn), Paul Radley, Jr. (Julia), Phillip Radley, Benjamin Radley, Sarah Shurtz (Colton), Jordin Radley, Melissa Savage (Clayton), Robert Nicholas Klapp (Kera Griffin) and Staren Craft (Joshua). She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
