He was predeceased by : his parents, Philip Dedrick Jr. (Ann) and Shirley Saulpaugh (John Harder); his siblings, Philip "Teddy" Dedrick III (Linda) and Cheryl "Lee" Rekow (Roger); and his friend Frank Fizzinoglia.

He is survived by : his wife Linda G. Dedrick; his sister-in-law Christine Messenger; his sons, Christopher Dedrick (Tracy) and Wayne Dedrick Jr. (Barbara); his sisters, Bonnie Ostoyich (James), Mildred "Dolly" Pullen, Nancy Fontaine (Fred) and Connie Horton (Bob); his grandchildren, Alec Forezzi (Samantha), Hope, Hopey and Eliana Dedrick; and his great grandchild Rose Forezzi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
