He was predeceased by : his grandparents, James, Carolyn Moon and John S. Abrams; and his sisters, Courtney and Amanda.

He is survived by : his parents, Mary Abrams and Terry A. Moon; his children, David (Nicki), Adam (Breanna) and Jennifer (Jessica); his grandmother Marcia Abrams; and his godfather Michael Collier. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephew.
