She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Daniels and Bertha Daniels (LaRose); her husband Leo T. Pettey; and her siblings, Marguerite Ketchum, Donald "Jack" Daniels and James Daniels.
She is survived by: her children, Leo F. Pettey (Sue Snow) of Chaumont and Sherri (Leo Wilson); her grandchildren, Tammy DeCilles, Frank Pettey (Renee), William Pettey, Joshua Wilson (Jaclyn), Jared Wilson and Isaiah Wilson (Simarra Willett); her great grandchildren, Logan Pettey and Jack Wilson; and her sister Shirley Winnette of Clayton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in Ethel's memory may be made to the Three Mile Bay Methodist Church, the Lyme Central School Booster Club or Hospice of Jefferson County.
