She was predeceased by: her parents, James Jewett and Jean Jewett (Wagner); and her siblings, William Jewett, Judy Cubiotti and Ruth Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Mark C. Thompson; her sons, Mark W. (Katie Thompson) and Andrew L. (Jessica Thompson); her grandchildren, William, Hunter, Liam, Owen and Elena Thompson; her brother Robert; her sister-in-law Patricia Jewett; and her sisters, Linda (Richard Pierson) and Mary (Ronnie Bonacci).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (237 William St, Dexter, NY 13634). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Vincent of Paul Catholic Church (139 Kanady St, Cape Vincent, NY 13618).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Susan's memory may be made to Hospice of Jefferson County or the Three Mile Bay Volunteer Fire Department.
