We announce the death of Betty Ann Green of Chazy, New York, who passed away on August 16, 2026, at the age of 92. Betty Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley McKinney and Violet McKinney (Green); her former husband Donald; her son Tre; and her siblings, Jean Lavigne, Jack McKinney, Eldee McKinney, Billy Ray McKinney, James McKinney (Mac) and Weldon McKinney.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey (Catherine (Rini)); her brothers, Wiley McKinney and Chester McKinney; her grandchildren, David Green (Stephanie), Cynthia Hinson (John), Nicholas Sprague (Nick), Evan Green (Samantha (Sam)), Donald Green IV (Katie), Victoria Sukonnik (Josh) and Lindsay Greaney (Jon); and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Harper Hinson, Parker, Logan, Riley Sukonnik, Harper Greaney, Astrid, Taliesin and Milla Green. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of the North Country or the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center.
