He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Fraser and Hannah Fraser (Crossan); and his sister Cynthia Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Fraser; his children, Kirk Fraser, Kim Fraser and Dawn Langlois; his son-in-law Craig Roberts; his daughter Wendy Rockwell; his son-in-law Don; his daughter Trina Fraser; his son-in-law Shane Phinney; his children, Gabrielle Fraser, Carlton Fraser Jr., Victor Fraser (Michele) and Duane Fraser (Melissa); his grandchildren, Heather Leigh, Michael Allen, Clay McIntyre, Marie Purdy, Richie Purdy, Dylan, Rocio Langlois, Delaney, Ethan Lepone, Patrick Fraser and Samantha Fraser; his grandson-in-law Jake Farrell; his grandchildren, Janey Fraser and Rhys Fraser; and his great grandchildren, Zoey Fraser and Jarrett Lepone.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home - Plattsburgh (29 Broad St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A prayer was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
