He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Dutcher and Gertrude Dutcher; his wife LaVerne; and his son George. He is survived by: his children, Ellen Wilkie (Bruce) of Duanseburgh, NY, Lori Dutcher (Louise Brown) of Warwick, Daniel Dutcher (Kathleen) of Greenfield Center, NY and Douglas Dutcher of Chazy, NY.; and his granddaughters, Linda Hines (Kyle) of Saratoga Springs, NY and Victoria Dutcher-Brown of Boston, MA..
