She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alfred Zielinski and Irene Zielinski; her husband Michael Forrest; her sons, James Forrest and Brian Forrest (Samantha); and her grandchildren, Hailey, Devon, Michael, Hayden, Hannah and Ella. She was also cherished by many sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
