She is survived by: her parent Frank Wozniak; her spouse Paul Mazurkiewicz; her children, Paul Mazurkiewicz, Jr. (Deana) and Rae Marie Nagel (Toby); her grandchildren, Ava, Ben and Quinn; her parent-in-law Joseph F. Mazurkiewicz; and her siblings, Richard Wozniak and Judith Schaefer (William). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
