Daniel T. Kozuch Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel T. Kozuch (Cheektowaga, New York), who passed away on June 25, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Daniel T. Kozuch to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Kozuck and Andrew Kozuck; and his sister-in-law Joan Ratajczak (Walter). He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Kozuch; his sons, Dennis Kozuch (Lori) and Douglas Kozuch (Donna); his grandchildren, Berkeley Kozuch, Bradley Kozuch and Austin Kozuch; and his sister-in-law Sharon Handzlik (Norbert). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
